Set primarily within a single, claustrophobic gothic mansion during a thunderstorm, the story follows Nica (played by Fiona Dourif), a young paraplegic woman mourning the mysterious death of her mother. When a "Good Guy" doll arrives mysteriously in the mail, Chucky begins a quiet but lethal campaign against Nica’s visiting family members.
