Flip the plane over and fold it in half along your original center crease. The "locking tab" should be on the outside.

Fold the wings down. To get the F-22 look, fold them at a slight angle so the wing tips are wider at the back than at the front. Leave about an inch of the paper in the center to serve as the fuselage (handle) .
