Clear the report count associated with your current session. Prevent "Bad Sport" points from accumulating. Does It Actually Work?

Instead of trying to delete reports, focus on and prevention :

Using outdated Lua scripts can lead to instant bans if the script's method of "clearing" data is detected as an exploit.

Once a report is submitted, it is sent directly to Rockstar’s servers. Scripts cannot reach into Rockstar’s database to "delete" a record once it’s arrived.
