The computer will boot into the PCUnlocker environment. Phase 3: Resetting/Removing the Password

Extract the contents to find the ISO image file ( pcunlocker.iso ). Burn/Flash: pcunlocker-enterprise-edition-5-6-full-version

When Windows boots to the login screen, select the user account. The computer will boot into the PCUnlocker environment

The tool will display all local users. Select the user account you wish to unlock or reset. Unlock/Reset: pcunlocker-enterprise-edition-5-6-full-version

If the hard drive is encrypted with BitLocker, you will need the recovery key to access the drive before PCUnlocker can read the user database.

Click the "Reset Password" button to set the password to blank (empty).

If the account is a domain account (not a local account), you must select "Reset Active Directory Password" option if applicable to your scenario.
