Once upon a time, in a lush green valley, lived the smallest lion anyone had ever seen. He was known as Teeny Lion. Unlike his booming counterparts, Teeny had a roar that sounded more like a squeak, and he was hardly bigger than a housecat.

Because of his size, the other animals teased him. "You can't be King of the Jungle, Teeny! You're just a speck!" giggled the monkeys.

From that day on, Teeny Lion was no longer teased. He was known as the bravest little king in the jungle.
