The plot follows six contestants participating in a post-apocalyptic reality show titled The Apocalypse: Ultimate Survivor , hosted by the hardened former Marine (played by Henry Rollins). Set in the remote wilderness of West Virginia, the production is quickly derailed when a family of mutated, inbred cannibals—whose origin is linked to local pollution from a closed paper mill—begins hunting the cast and crew. Unlike the original film’s trio of hunters, this sequel introduces an entire cannibalistic family structure, including "Ma," "Pa," "Brother," and "Sister". III.
